About me:

I am a Startup Advisor and a Director of Digital & AI within R&D Strategic Initiatives in a mid-size and growing Biotech company.

Big part of my role is building strategic roadmaps for our initiatives, which I have years of experience in. My work is about gathering early ideas from R&D, applying strategic planning and providing project management support to take them through
POC, Pilot, Scale-up to Implementation - including huge prioritisation and alignment rounds incl. securing budget (corpo-startups).
